This program is recommended for anyone in the career counseling field whether you intend to deliver an ICS program or not. Much of what you will take away from the program will be immediately applicable to your current job.
Please note that the program is mandatory for those wishing to deliver the program within their agency or business.
1. Complete Working On Purpose Live, & Self-Paced
Understand the program through your own experience.
Duration: 5 sessions, 3 hours each
Format: Live-online workshop and
self-paced online course

2. Attend Train the Trainer
Learn how to deliver Working On Purpose within your organization.
Duration: 3 full-day sessions
Format: Live-online or
in-person
Outcomes:
- Dive deeper into the theory behind Working On Purpose
- Learn the difference between facilitation and training
- Practice applying facilitation skills
- Learn to deliver content to different learning styles
