The Purpose Pyramid
Most people have a career plan. They just didn’t write it — circumstances, expectations, and habit did it for them. This session takes participants through a structured, experiential process for identifying what they actually want to contribute through their work then turning that into a purpose-based career direction.
A Spectrum of Career Development
The conventional career ladder tells you how to advance within someone else’s structure. The Career Development Spectrum asks a more useful question: where are you in the development of what you desire to contribute? Participants identify their current stage — Craftsperson, Manager, Leader, Expert, or Creator — and discover what moving forward actually requires.
Understanding Human Behaviour
Drawing on Will Schutz’s FIRO Theory, this session makes human behaviour in groups understandable rather than mysterious. Topics include the maturity continuum of groups and individuals, team compatibility, defensive behaviours, difficult conversations, and levels of self-awareness from personality through to self-concept.
Emotional Fitness
A practical, experiential session for making decisions from the real you — not the version shaped by unhelpful labels, inaccurate beliefs, defensive behaviours, and shoulds masquerading as values. Surprisingly useful. Occasionally uncomfortable. Always worthwhile.
Group Facilitation
Trained and mentored by some of the defining figures of the Human Potential movement — Will Schutz, Larry Porter, Jack Knight — Steve offers practitioners the skills and subtleties of genuine facilitation: when to use it, how it differs from training, and what becomes possible when a group is truly held rather than directed.
